KJHK Lore - The Angelic Upstarts ID

The Angelic Upstarts were among the first (or second, depending on how much of a purist you are) generation of English punk rock bands of the 1970s. How they made it within earshot of a cassette deck or recording studio to record this KJHK artist drop is unknown. It's a punk rock miracle that the bloody thing still exists.

    Angelic Upstarts played Off-the Wall Hall June 9, 1982.

    Blake interviewed them in-studio before the show. A transcription exists in BLUR fanzine number 4.
