I'm re-dedicating myself to weight loss starting today. I hope that by mentioning it here I will remain accountable. My starting weight is 186 lbs and I want to get down to 175 lbs by the end of the year.
I'm going to make better snack choices, like raisins and rice cakes, instead of chips and ice cream. I plan on walking more often.
Ask me how my diet is going if you see me on the street, and if you catch me in a Taco Bell, please slap me with a chalupa and escort me to the door.

I think an earlier dinner is better. You must be hungry at bedtime. It's better for you not to be digesting during rest. I command it.
Though I should talk. I need to lose 22 lbs. I think I will do so with that magnetic belt that sucks the pounds away while you sit on the couch watching 'Kid Nation.'
Funny you wrote this post the day after Halloween! My kids raked in 12 pounds of candy between them that night. I know this is a bit off the subject, but I just love frozen bite-sized Snickers... Goodluck!
